I had my bridal shower at Roma's Hospitality last weekend (March 8, 2020) and was extremely impressed with the staff and the service provided. I had the pleasure of working with Janet, who helped to coordinate my event. She was awesome - very helpful and replied quickly to emails or any concerns. She also had some great ideas for the set-up of the event. My bridal shower has come and gone now. Janet made sure everything was perfect for my special day and made sure all my questions were answered. The food was great and the staff was very helpful and polite. They were on top of everything and even checked-in with me. By luck, the room I was using was free the night before my event and Janet kindly allowed me to access the room to decorate in advance. This was extremely helpful to have this extra time although I know this isn't normally something that the hall can offer on a regular basis. Everything went smoothly and I literally had nothing to worry about. I would definitely recommend Roma's to others and would use the hall for other events in the future! Thank you so much!

I attended a very nice bridal shower here a few years ago so I suggested it for my future daughter-in-law's bridal shower. We held it here last month and it was a huge success! The room is absolutely lovely, the food was very tasty, well prepared and well priced. The service staff were wonderful, as well! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roma's for any event.

We recently had a Post Holiday Luncheon at Roma's and the food, the space and the service was excellent. Working with Janet Boyce was a pleasure. We were in sync from our very first telephone conversation and when we met in person so that I could view the room and go over my plans for the lunch I felt at ease working with her. I knew instantly that my event would be a success. She envisioned exactly how I wanted the room to look. The wait staff were friendly, polite and easy to get a hold of in case we needed anything. The food presentation was perfect and very appetizing. The location was convenient for all the guest and there was ample parking for all. I will be planning any future functions at Roma's Hospitality Centre.

My daughter's baby shower was Sunday January 12 , the food was great , the salon was impeccable , however what stand up for us was the amazing service the staff provided for the entire event. Always asking if we need anything , making sure all tables were okay. Even before we leave asking us to checked everywhere including the washrooms for any items that or guess may leave behind . Amazing customer service , great staff !! Thank you

Roma’s hosted our wedding reception on Dec 8, 2019 and it was absolutely incredible. My older brother and sister both had their weddings at Roma’s so this venue already held a lot of special memories for my family. Janet, Helena and the rest of the Roma’s staff were a pleasure to work with every step of the way and made this a very enjoyable experience. We’d like to thank everyone at Roma’s for helping to make our special day unforgettable!

Roma's hosted our corporate Christmas party and it. was. amazing! Janet and Helena made setting up the administrative side, upon booking, absolutely seamless, made sure all details were accounted for, and meeting her in person to discuss was nothing but pleasant! The days leading up the the event, all concerns or worries we had were answered and/or taken care of. The day of the event, the hall was set-up exactly how we pictured it. Our waitstaff, Val, Zenka, Lejic and Doreen hosted our event, just shy of 80 guests, for the whole evening. Outstanding is the only word that comes to mind to describe their service. The chefs, although I never got to see them, all of the food served was well prepared and delicious! 🙂 I want to thank the entire Roma's staff for the their phenomenal hospitality! We will definitely book with them again, and maybe even for some personal events!

My daughter's Baby Shower was on October 27th and the staff from the first day I called to book the appointment to meet with Janet to the day of the Event have been so friendly, helpful and accommodating - the day of the Shower the staff was AMAZING - we made some last minute changes and the staff bent over backwards to help - I was very impressed - not to mention the food was excellent and the service was outstanding. The Baby Shower was successful and everyone was impressed with the food and service. About 11 years ago my other daughter had her wedding reception at Roma's and it was beautiful and again the food was excellent - Can't wait for our next event!!!

We just had our wedding reception on Saturday October 19th 2019 and all I can say is if you have not booked a venue as yet, Roma's is the best venue ever. When we viewed the place last year I fell in love with it and we booked it right away. The management and staff were so polite and professional. At our wedding they attended to us ever so often to make sure that our wedding reception was going fine. The food was amazing and the venue is gorgeous. All of our guests were in awe when they saw the venue all we could hear was they loved the venue and the decor was lovely. Joseph took care of us and made sure that everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend this amazing venue.

I recently hosted my bridal shower at Roma's and I cannot stress enough how amazing my experience was! Janet, Helena and their entire team conduct themselves with utmost professionalism and were super friendly and hospitable every step of the planning process. The food was simply delectable, and the venue is just exquisitely maintained. My entire party cannot stop raving about the venue and food! I am so incredibly happy with how perfect everything was and I'll remember this milestone forever, not only for what it represents for my fiance and I, but also because of the incredible experience I had with Janet and her team. We just had our wedding reception at Roma's Hospitality Centre! From the beginning of the preparation, Roma's was the first and only venue we looked at. Absolutely stunning interior design. Fantastic food choices! Most amazing thing is the best service they provided at all levels! Janet, Helena, Joseph and many other staffs are very kind, helpful and welcoming!All our guests loved the venue! We will be back for our important events in the future! Highly recommended!

Truly an amazing hall. We got to celebrate our baby s first bday there and the experience was just amazing. Very professional staff, they were helping us along the journey to ensure that the event is a success. It does show that they are used to hosting events. Not only do they provide the hall but they also provide us with different suggestions of people we can contact for entertainment, photography, videos, which makes the search much easier if you’re not familiar with such contacts,The staff was very helpful and professional. The hall is very clean, and the decor is extremely beautiful. The food was also delicious and they offer a variety of food that will meet the needs of any guest. They helped us make our event a magical one, looking forward to having more celebrations at their location

I just had my son's confirmation catered by Roma's and as always, everything was delicious!! My wedding shower and reception was held at Roma's 18 years ago! I've had my children's communions and confirmations catered as well. They have been consistent through the years. Great service and great food! Thank you Joseph and your team! We recently had our wedding (April 2019) at Roma’s and were absolutely blown away by the customer service, professionalism, food, cleanliness, etc. My husband and I planned our wedding from Western Canada and throughout the entire process, Roma’s staff were so accommodating and understanding of every need. The staff were friendly and really left you feeling like you were treated like family. Roma’s made our big day, a perfect one and we would recommend and share our positive experience with all! March 31,2019 We had the pleasure of having our daughter Julia's bridal Shower. From the first phone call to the several emails and calls until the day of the shower, Joseph, Janet and Helena were wonderful and professional individuals to work with. They understand the importance of ensuring things go smoothly. Food was delicious, we received many complements. The staff during the day were more than accommodating with the us and our guests. Overall, we are very happy to have hosted our wedding at Roma's.1. Decor - while Roma's is not located in the most picturesque place (industrial looking area), the building itself is well maintained and beautifully renovated. The hallway and room were clean and well kept. Bathrooms were clean too. We had a Christmas wedding and the holiday decor was tasteful. The table and chair set-up was done as we had discussed prior. Coat check was available at no cost, as was ample parking.We had the bigger room which fit our 150 guests with plenty of space to spare - you can easily fit at least 200-300 people there.The smaller room was also hosting a wedding but we did not hear or see the other party since the rooms and entrances are separate. The dance floor was more than enough for our guests.2. Food and Drink - the food and bar were good, however the food arrived over an hour later than scheduled which meant that appetizers had to hold people off for longer than planned. With that said, once the food arrived it was good. The tasting was also pricey, but the staff accommodated us and took our review to heart.3. Staff - we planned most of our wedding with Joseph, communicated with Janet, and also had the pleasure of meeting Albert the day-of - all staff were professional and accommodating. There were a few months after we booked the venue that communications were difficult, emails took weeks to get answered and calls weren't returned, however all issues and concerns were sorted out eventually. Prior to the wedding, Roma's helped us accommodate performers (dancers and musicians) that we were going to have at our wedding. On the day of the wedding, servers were polite and professional, and Joseph and Albert were attentive and easy to reach. Both gentlemen brought concerns to my attention and addressed issues appropriately throughout the evening - for this I was very thankful. All-in-all, I was happy that we decided to host our wedding at Roma's - I wouldn't have it any other way.

We had our daughter’s Sweet 16 Birthday Celebration last Friday. We were so pleased with our experience. We were able to get the date we wanted with just a few weeks notice. The food was amazing. The venue beautiful. Bar and table service excellent. Price points fantastic. A huge thank you to Janet, Albert and Helena for helping to make everything run smoothly. We would happily choose Roma’s Hospitality for our next special event.

Everything from the first initial meeting went so well! Janet was a pleasure to work with, she accommodated every need I had and made things happen as I needed them to. After weeks of intensive searching for the perfect location to host our daughter's bridal shower, we finally found it at Roma's Hospitality Centre.During my initial visit to Roma's to see the venue, Janet put me completely at ease on how this very special day would be taken care of.I appreciated Janet's professional recommendations with so many important details. On the day of the shower, we were greeted by Joe who contributed in making sure all of our needs were met. The room looked elegant and was clean, the meals were served hot and delicious, and everything including clean-up went off without a hitch. Many of our guests complimented the choice of venue and the prompt serving of the wonderful food! I would highly recommend Roma's Hospitality Centre to anyone!! Not only is the venue beautiful on the inside, the staff at Roma’s was helpful, accommodating, and quite simply a joy to work with. Janet helped us create a menu, plan, and layout that was perfect for our August 2018 wedding. The bartender, Val, was nice and helpful to us and our guests, the staff was pleasant and courteous, and our Maître D’ on the day-of was warm and welcoming. We also went with the recommended entertainment providers, Legends, and were very impressed with the services they provided. Overall, our wedding was a beautiful, well-organized celebration that was thoroughly enjoyed by all! We would definitely recommend Roma’s to our family and friends!

This is a beautiful banquet hall both inside and out. I was here for the purposes of a wedding. The room had simple decor but was still beautifully decorated. The food was excellent both the salad and dessert had a lovely presentation. The main course was set up like a family dinner which I felt as a nice touch.Overall I had a wonderful experience here and I would definitely recommend this banquet hall to others.

Just recently hosted my wedding at Roma's and I couldn't write this review soon enough! I would first like to thank all of the staff at Roma's from the initial visit to the day of my event they have all be so accommodating and helpful. I would also like to personally thank Janet, Sharifa, Helena and Joseph who have all been extremely professional and noticeably take care in the work they do. I booked my wedding reception here. It's probably the only good thing I did l. This place is freaking awesome. Service is top notch the management team will work with you to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Additionally the serving staff in the evening was incredibly prompt, friendly and courteous. (Special shout out to Helena, Janet Sharifa and Albert) the food was on point and everyone was just so helpful. I will definitely be using their services on the future for family get togethers anniversaries

What can I say, this hall is absolutely beautiful!! I had my wedding there on June 16th, 2018 and my bridal shower there April 22nd, 2018. From the initial meeting at this venue I felt good about it, the prices were amazing and the staff were amazing as well. I had the pleasure of working with Janet who is amazing at what she does and takes the time to understand what you want and makes sure they happen. The food was a big deal for the big day, and let me tell you IT WAS AMAZING!! Everyone at the wedding (even the shower) were very happy with the food. It was hot and served promptly. I would highly suggest using Roma’s as a venue, honestly the service you get is unbeatable. Thank you to everyone who helped me and look forward to having another event there. Again thank you ❤️

We hosted my daughter's Bridal Shower at Roma's and were extremely pleased with everything. The service was fabulous and all the staff that we've dealt with was professional , accommodating and extremely helpful. The food was also very tasty and the servers were very friendly. The owner Joe was especially helpful with everything we requested. All our guests had a great time and loved the venue. I definitely recommend Roma's and would come back here again for future occasions. Great service.
